How we use information

We use information to operate delivery dispatch, respond to inquiries, onboard businesses and drivers, improve the platform, protect accounts, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Supabase and service providers

Droppr uses Supabase and other infrastructure providers to store, secure, and process platform data. We may add communications, analytics, monitoring, and support providers as the product matures.

Security

We design Droppr with role-based access, Row Level Security, transactional assignment, and audit-friendly event records. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but security is part of the product architecture.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some operational or legal records may need to be retained.
