These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for using Droppr. They are starter terms for the MVP and should be reviewed by legal counsel before full commercial launch.

Use of Droppr

Droppr provides delivery dispatch tools for businesses, drivers, and administrators. You agree to use the platform only for lawful delivery operations and accurate information.

Accounts and roles

Businesses, drivers, and admins have different access levels. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Delivery requests

Businesses are responsible for accurate pickup, dropoff, package, and contact details. Drivers are responsible for accepting only deliveries they can reasonably complete.

Availability

Droppr is an MVP and may change, pause, or limit features while the product is being tested and improved.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with dispatch systems, submit false requests, or use Droppr for illegal or unsafe deliveries.
